A very neat and tidy job, minimal unavoidable damage to paintwork, extending pipes etc.System works well, all components seem to be household named brands and good quality, as is the workmanship.Ronan and Mark were friendly and accommodating and when they left everything was cleared up and tidy.Based on our experience we could thoughroly recommend this company.
Tom Sutton Heating were recommended by a neighbour as our previous plumber let us down.We had to wait a while for a slot for our boiler to be serviced that reflects on how busy they are, which is an obvious recommendation in itself.No hidden extras and a follow up call or email from their secretary to check that the work was done satisfactorily.Would certainly use them again.
We used Tom Sutton Pluming & Heating to install an air source heat pump. Ronan and Mark did a great job with a very complicated looking system. All the pipe runs were neatly aligned & really well done. They were efficient, courteous and clearly very knowledgeable & the system works really well. I was also very pleased with the all inclusive fixed price quote, which I thought was pretty reasonable for their specialist work and it also included a follow up visit to check things over & to carry out any snagging that needed doing.I would definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
I found out about Tom Sutton Heating via a Checkatrade search. I was seriously let down by British Gas and needed to have a medieval heating system put out to pasture.I reached out to Tom Sutton Heating and spoke with Elaine at length. She was very helpful and filled me with confidence that I’d get a good job done. I wasn’t disappointed, Ronan came by to survey the site, discussed with me where I wanted the boiler sited, (not in a bedroom cupboard like British Gas wanted to put it). He listened to my suggestions and advised where appropriate. I was provided with quotes at both ends of the cost spectrum and settled on a Worcester Bosch boiler.The work was completed on schedule in two days despite them encountering unanticipated issues. Boiler was registered with gas safe, warranty arranged and I was shown how to use the space age controls (I’m old school). The best thing however is that in addition to a fully warm heated house I now have a shower with enough pressure to strip paint (and that’s a wonderful thing).
Ronan installed my complete new heating system in early 2020. It has worked perfectly ever since. This was the second annual service. Easy to book, turned up on time, no mess and competitive price.Would highly recommend.
